Ben's money get stolen

This morning we all completed our first Writing sample for 2013. I have posted it just as I wrote it in the 40 minutes that we were,given So that throughout this Year I will be able to look back and reflect on the progress. I have made in my writing. I will post my learning goal from this soon

Once upon a time there was a boy name Ben, his school money always get taken by someone. Ben always come with school money but someone always steals it. He tried putting it in his desk , giving it to the teacher But it got worser.

So one day Ben went home and told his parents. His  Dad got so angry that he went and talked to principal. The principal tried to stop it but nothing happened it was still on the same thing.

But one day Ben and his parents figured out a trick. So the next day Ben done the trick. He puts his money in the bag and he lives it outside. He went and hides somewhere that he can see the bag .So when someone come to steal the money he comes and punch him on the face so he can fall asleep. He calls the police and the police will come and get the robber. so he done it and it worked. So the next day nobody stole his money and he lived happily ever after

Touch "show not tell"

I was puffing and tuffying running and passing the ball to the other player.I sweating fast like I was having a shower. I was trying to catch my breath like I was going to die. I was so exhausted passing ball and catching the ball But after all we won. I was puffing out hard and loud but algoods I can't wait until we play touch again next week.

Tana's week 2 writing

Once upon a time there was a Lion and a Hyena. They went hunting and the killed a deer. When they got the deer,the Lion “said’ can we eat now and Hyena “said” no Lets cook it first. But the lions “said” where’s the fire than. The Hyena “said Look at that Big circle thing shining over the hills go get some fire from it. The lion was running to get some fire. The lion didn't know that the hyena tricked him to go get the fire while he’s eating the deer.

The lion run and run as fast as he can but the fire when under ground. He came back and said to the Hyena while I was running to get the fire the fire was going underground. The Lion “said” so where is the deer. The Hyena said while you were running the deer was going under the ground to. The Lion got angry that he ate the Hyena and he lived dum ever after

My goal in the classroom for 2013

My learning goal in the classroom this Term is reading the words out properly and also by taking books home to read.

To achieve my goal I have to read unless 1 or 2 chapter in a book every night and read at school when you have nothing to do.
